Initial Comments:Based on the findings of an offsite follow up survey completed 12/28/23 Maxim Healthcare Services Inc had corrected the deficiencies cited under 42 CFR, Part 484, Subparts B and C, Conditions of Participation: Home Health Agencies. The deficiencies were cited as a result of a Medicare recertification survey completed on 10/10/2023.

The deficiencies were cited as a result of a re-licensure survey completed on 10/10/2023.
